Survey policy
The Kindergarten IT Program, State Library Victoria is committed to making ongoing service improvements so we can better meet the needs of program members. We want to hear your thoughts on your ECEC Service’s technology needs, your customer experience with the program, what we can improve in the future.
All information collected will only be used to inform decisions regarding the services of the Kindergarten IT Program, for the purposes of reporting non-identifiable information to the Department Of Education and Training and will not be forwarded on to any third parties.
Any personal information provided on the survey form will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with the State Library Victoria’s Privacy statement.
Prize draw terms & conditions
How to enter the draw
Only employees and volunteers working at Early Childhood Education and Care (‘ECEC’) services registered with Kindergarten IT Program will be eligible to enter the prize draw on behalf of their ECEC service.
Survey respondents who wish to go into the draw to win a prize on their service’s behalf must enter their contact details and the name of their ECEC Service on the Technology Survey 2024 survey form and submit it online.
Conditions of entry
This survey prize draw is an initiative of the Kindergarten IT Program, State Library Victoria, 328 Swanston Street, Melbourne, Vic, 3000 (‘Library’).
Entry into the prize draw means you accept these terms and conditions.
Entry is free.
Only one submission per person is allowed.
Entry is open to employees and volunteers working at Early Childhood Education and Care services registered with Kindergarten IT Program only.
Employees of the Library and its agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
All entries become the property of the Library.
Any personal information entrants provide will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with the Library’s Privacy statement, which is published on our website.
The Library reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Dates
The competition commences on 5th of August 2024.
Entries close on 30th of August 2024.
Prize draw and notification
The prize(s) will be drawn at State Library Victoria in early September 2024.
The winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or email. If, despite reasonable efforts by the Library, a potential prize winner does not respond to the Library within 21 days of the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Library reserves the right to select a new winner.
If a winner is unable to be contacted due to provision of incorrect details, the Library reserves the right to select a new winner.
The prize must be taken up within six months of the prize draw.
Prize
Only kindergartens that are members of the Kindergarten IT Program are eligible for a prize. Each service is eligible to win only one prize. Each prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize: Apple iPad
First prize is an Apple iPad (10th Generation 64GB WiFi iPad) to be awarded to the kindergarten named on the first prize winner’s survey submission.
