Are you thinking about changing your telephone service provider to another company or changing the details of your current telephone account? Sure thing, however, you need to be aware that the ADSL (Internet) connection normally goes along with the telephone line, so changing telephone service provider or current telephone account details sometimes results in internet connection getting cut off without you (or us) being aware of it.
All you need to do, if you decide to change telephone service provider or account details is to ask your new company “We have ADSL on the phone line, how will this be affected?”
This will help to ensure your internet connection does not get cut off and remains with us, managed under the State Library of Victoria Kindergarten IT Program.
