When you log into webmail you can change your webmail password from Settings.

Note:
If you have the account set up in Outlook, you will need to re-enter the new password next time you start Outlook.
If the same address is also used for sending email from your photocopier, the scan-to-email service may stop functioning until corrected.

Click on the settings cog icon.

Then click on the Password menu entry.

Enter the current password, followed by the new password, re-enter the new password to confirm and click Save.

The new password will need to be at least 13 characters long.
